Responsibilities Job Responsibilities - Serve as the primary contact for client billing inquiries via phone and email, providing prompt, personalized, and solution-focused support. - Manage the billing inbox and phone line, ensuring all inquiries are addressed within department guidelines and service standards. - Take ownership of each inquiry from start to resolution, collaborating with team members to ensure timely and accurate follow-up. - Maintain current knowledge of billing processes, policies, and system updates to support accurate and efficient service delivery. - Identify and report recurring issues or trends, recommending process improvements and providing backup support to the Billing Specialist as needed. - Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications Job Qualifications - High school diploma or GED required - At least 1 year of experience as a Billing Specialist - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel - Ability to work overtime and flex schedule as needed Recommended Skills & Training - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills - Excellent communication skills focused on enhancing the client experience - Ability to remain calm and professional in high-stress or conflict situations - Effective multitasking and prioritization abilities - Curiosity-driven mindset with a desire to troubleshoot, identify root causes, and recommend solutions Pay Range USD $21.63 - USD $26.44 /Hr.
