Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Applications Consultant – Sales & Distribution Track based in Pasig. The Business Applications Consultant will be responsible for analyzing and understanding clients' sales, purchasing, distribution, inventory, and business processes and translating their requirements into effective ERP solutions. The role involves gathering business requirements, supporting ERP implementation projects, assisting with system configuration and testing, providing user training, and ensuring successful project delivery. The consultant will work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure that ERP functionalities are properly aligned with business requirements and operational processes. Duties and Responsibilities Analyze and document clients' sales, purchasing, distribution, inventory, and business processes . Gather, document, and validate business and functional requirements from clients. Assist in the implementation and configuration of ERP Sales and Distribution functionalities . Understand and support key business processes, including: Billing and Collection Sales Quotation Sales Order Processing Delivery and Shipping Sales Invoicing Accounts Receivable Customer and Business Partner Management Purchasing and Procurement Purchase Requisitions and Purchase Orders Goods Receipt and Receiving Accounts Payable Inventory Management Warehouse and Distribution Operations Pricing and Discount Management Returns and Credit Transactions Map existing client processes and identify opportunities for process improvement and system optimization . Translate business requirements into appropriate ERP processes and solutions . Assist in system configuration, testing, and validation based on approved requirements. Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and assist in resolving functional issues. Prepare process documentation, user guides, training materials, and other project-related documents. Conduct or assist in ERP user training, workshops, and system demonstrations . Provide functional support to clients during implementation and post-implementation. Coordinate with developers, project managers, and other consultants to address functional requirements and system issues. Monitor assigned project activities and ensure deliverables are completed within agreed timelines. Analyze and troubleshoot functional issues related to sales, purchasing, inventory, and distribution processes. Participate in client meetings and business process discussions. Provide recommendations for business process improvement, automation, and digital transformation . Assist clients in maximizing the use of ERP functionalities to improve operational efficiency and business performance. Travel to client sites for meetings, training, implementation, and support when required. Perform other duties and responsibilities related to ERP implementation and business consulting as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accountancy, Management, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or any related business field . Candidates with business process, sales operations, purchasing, procurement, distribution, inventory, or related experience are highly encouraged to apply. Fresh graduates and entry-level candidates with strong potential may be considered. Experience in sales, purchasing, distribution, inventory, supply chain, or business operations is an advantage. Basic understanding of sales-to-cash and procure-to-pay business processes is preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to understand, analyze, and document business requirements. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications , particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Willing to learn ERP systems, business consulting, and project implementation . Experience or exposure to SAP Business One, SAP S/4HANA, Acumatica, or other ERP systems is an advantage but not required. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Willing to travel for client meetings, training, ERP implementation, and project assignments when required. Positive attitude, strong work ethic, adaptability, and willingness to grow professionally. Must be willing to work on-site in Pasig .
