Strong spoken and written communication is essential, and we value natural, confident conversation over scripted responses. - English : good spoken and written proficiency, accent okay. - Spanish : fluent/native-level spoken Spanish to communicate comfortably with Spanish-speaking customers - Comfort working with U.S. customers in a service and sales context - Phone confidence with the ability to explain next steps clearly and professionally - Customer service and/or sales experience in the U.S. is strongly preferred - Reliability and strong organization for managing ongoing conversations, quotes, orders, and follow-ups - Natural communication : able to communicate smoothly rather than sounding scripted - Comfort coordinating details and staying consistent through the customer journey (inquiries → quotes → order questions → follow-ups → delivery coordination) - Ability to support outbound outreach to contractors and property stakeholders - Plus: experience in construction, flooring, cabinetry, home improvement, or building materials Soft skills we value: patience, professionalism, clarity under time pressure, and an upbeat, helpful tone. We are seeking a full-time bilingual English/Spanish Sales & Customer Service Representative to support customers and help grow our pipeline. This is a long-term remote position working U.S. Eastern Time . - Handle nearly all customer communication: phone calls , texts , Facebook , and website leads - Provide quotes , answer order questions , and complete follow-ups - Resolve customer service issues and coordinate timely next steps - Support delivery coordination by communicating status and updates clearly - Perform outbound outreach to contractors , landlords , and property managers - Help generate new business and maintain lead conversations through to next steps - Request customer reviews after successful service - Assist with basic social media/Facebook marketing to support visibility and engagement We want someone reliable and organized who can talk naturally with contractors and working-class customers—especially on the phone—without sounding overly scripted. - Previous U.S. customer service or sales experience - Experience with cabinetry, flooring, construction, home improvement, or other building-materials environments - Familiarity with managing leads and customer communication across multiple channels (phone, texts, web, Facebook) - Comfort working with contractors and stakeholder outreach (contractors, landlords, property managers) - Experience coordinating order and delivery updates for customers
