# Bilingual Sales Assistant (English/Spanish) – Lead Response **Garage Force** · Remote · `Remote` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: сегодня* · *Источник: Get on Board (LATAM)* --- ### About the Role - Fluent, natural English and Spanish (Portuguese is a plus) - Excellent communication by phone and text; comfortable calling prospective customers - Extremely responsive, reliable and organized - Comfortable working independently and juggling multiple conversations - Comfortable learning and using a CRM; strong attention to detail - Stable internet of 25+ Mbps with backup power or a mobile hotspot - Your own computer, a headset, and a quiet workspace - Early-career candidates are welcome: we train. - Respond quickly to new customer leads by phone, SMS, and email - Communicate with customers in both English and Spanish - Call new leads and understand what type of project they are considering - Ask basic qualifying questions and collect project information - Schedule in-home estimate visits for our sales team - Confirm visits and follow up with customers who have received estimates - Follow up on open leads and re-engage older leads - Complete CRM follow-up tasks consistently and on time; keep notes updated - Send photos, product information, estimates, and other materials to customers Training & Growth We train you on our CRM (GoHighLevel), products, qualification, scheduling, estimate follow-up and our sales process. This position can expand into sales, customer management, business development or operations.
