Bilingual Recruiting & Onboarding Coordinator Spanish / English • Merry Maids of Warwick, RI • Full-Time Pay: $20 – $22/hour, based on experience | Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Do you love meeting people and helping them land a great job? We're looking for a motivated, bilingual (Spanish/English) professional to find, interview, and hire the cleaning technicians who are the heart of our business — then help them get off to a great start through onboarding. Your language skills won't be a checkbox here; they'll be how you connect with candidates, support employees, and build our culture. This role is a great fit whether you're an experienced recruiter or someone with strong people skills, bilingual fluency, and a desire to grow into recruiting and team leadership. We provide training and a clear path to take on more responsibility over time. Primary Responsibilities Recruiting & Hiring (Cleaning Technicians) • Source, screen, and interview candidates for cleaning technician and field team positions • Manage recruiting activity across job boards and social media to keep a steady pipeline of applicants • Evaluate applications and make hiring recommendations, working closely with operations leadership • Build relationships with local community groups and other sources of great candidates Onboarding & New-Hire Support • Participate in orientation and onboarding for every new cleaning team member • Check in with new hires daily during their first week and weekly through their first 30 days • Coach and support new teammates with morning assignments as they get up to speed • Help every new hire feel welcomed, trained, and set up to succeed from day one Team & Administrative Support • Complete new-hire and customer paperwork and data entry accurately and on time • Support customers and employees by phone with a helpful, professional tone • Handle day-to-day operational tasks for employees and customers as they come up What You Bring • Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English and Spanish • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a busy environment • Comfort with computers and data entry; proficiency in Microsoft Office • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to work effectively with all levels of staff and management • Comfort handling sensitive and confidential information • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills • Basic math skills (addition, division, multiplication, percentages) Backgrounds That Do Well in This Role Not required — but if your background includes any of the following, you'll likely pick this role up fast: • Housekeeping or guest-services supervision at a hotel, resort, or senior-living community • Shift or assistant management in restaurants, retail, or other high-turnover hourly environments • Recruiting for a staffing agency — especially light-industrial, hospitality, or healthcare staffing • Scheduling or staffing coordination for home care, senior care, or healthcare services • Team leadership in property management, janitorial, or facilities services Requirements • Valid driver's license (for occasional local errands/site visits) • Ability to pass a criminal background check, motor vehicle records check, and drug screening (post-offer) Why You'll Love Working Here • Flexible time off & paid vacation • Profit share / 401(k) retirement plan • Incentives and bonuses • Paid sick time • Health premium reimbursement • A clear path to grow into recruiting, training, or operations leadership Ready to apply?
