About the Role

We are seeking a Bilingual Mandarin-Chinese Senior Recruitment Strategist to lead recruiting efforts for our growing ADU(Accessory Dwelling Unit) construction company. This role will focus on developing effectivehiring strategies, sourcing qualified candidates, and building strong talent pipelines acrossthe organization as we scale.

Job Responsibilities

• Own and drive recruiting strategy to meet growing hiring goals
• Supervise and mentor members of the recruiting team
• Lead sourcing for our most critical and hard-to-fill roles Identify, attract, and screen qualified candidates across multiple channels
• Build talent pipelines that keep pace with our expansion
• Partner directly with leadership and hiring managers to anticipate staffing needs
• Guide candidates through smooth, high-quality interview experience
• Track recruiting performance and continuously sharpen our hiring approach
• Keep candidate records and recruiting activity sharp and accurate
• Establish and lead recruiting processes as we scale

Job Requirements

• Mandarin speaking is a must
• 5+ years in recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing, or a related field
• A track record of building and executing winning recruiting strategies
• Strong sourcing, screening, and interviewing instincts
• Clear, persuasive communicator across candidates, hiring managers, and leadership
• Skilled at building lasting relationships with candidates, hiring managers, andindustry contacts
• Highly organized, able to track multiple open roles, pipelines, and deadlines withoutdropping details
• Comfortable juggling multiple open roles and shifting priorities
• Fluency with Indeed, LinkedIn, job boards, ATS platforms, and modern recruitingtools
• ADU or construction industry experience a plus
• Prior experience supervising or mentoring a team a plus

Salary: 95K/yr-100K/yr
