Bilingual Financial & Accounting Analyst – Remote
Peru-based company representing a U.S. wellness group is seeking a Financial & Accounting Analyst to support the accounting and financial operations of our U.S. parent company. Key Responsibilities: Record and review daily cash inflows and outflows across company platforms, coordinating with the direct supervisor on supporting documentation for each transaction. Reconcile bank accounts. Process company payments. Prepare weekly inventory and sales reports using platforms such as E-Clinical Works, Square, and Monday.com. Verify expense reports. Maintain the virtual file for bank ledger control and supporting documentation. Prepare and review weekly and monthly Financial Statements. Support financial closings and reporting to the parent company. Manage company finances, assessing economic opportunities and risks. Assist with internal audits and ensure compliance with current Peruvian tax and accounting regulations. Other duties as assigned based on department needs. Requirements: Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 1–2 years of experience as an accounting analyst. Working knowledge of XERO accounting software. Advanced English (bilingual), written and spoken — required for direct coordination with the U.S. parent company. Intermediate-advanced Excel skills. Licensed Public Accountant (Colegiatura), a plus.
