Bilingual Construction Recruiter

Austin, Texas | In-Office Position Base Salary: $50,000–$65,000 + Quarterly Bonus / Gain Share

Building Team Solutions is hiring a Bilingual Construction Recruiter to join our Austin team.

We are a small, established recruiting firm specializing in the construction industry, and we are looking for someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems, moving quickly, and helping connect talented individuals with great career opportunities.

This is not a remote position . This role works in-house with our Austin team and is best suited for someone who enjoys a smaller, collaborative work environment where your contribution matters.

What We’re Looking For

Candidates should be bilingual in English and Spanish and bring at least one of the following:

• Construction industry experience or knowledge
• Recruiting or staffing experience
• Experience working closely with construction trades, contractors, field personnel, or construction management teams

You do not necessarily have to come from a traditional recruiting background if you understand construction, communicate well, and have the personality and drive to learn recruiting.

Compensation & Benefits

$50,000–$65,000 base salary , depending on experience, plus:
