Job Title: Civil Engineer & Arch – Bidding Manager (Tendering & Estimation)

تعلن شركة ازاد للمقاولات العامة عن حاجتها إلى مهندس مدني / معماري لديه خبرة في تسعير وإعداد المناقصات، وفقًا للمتطلبات التالية:

المتطلبات والمؤهلات:

• خبرة عملية لا تقل عن 7 سنوات في مجال الهندسة المعماريه والتشطيب الداخلي، وخاص فقط في شركات المقاولات.
• إجادة استخدام برامج AutoCAD وRevit وبرامج التصميم ذات الصلة.
• خبرة في مراجعة وإعداد المخططات المعمارية والتصميم الداخلي التنفيذية ومخططات As-Built.
• إجادة حصر الكميات وإعداد جداول الكميات (BOQ) والتسعير ومراجعة التكاليف.
• خبرة في إعداد وتجهيز الملفات الفنية والمالية للمناقصات.
• يُفضّل وجود خبرة في التعامل مع منصة اعتماد وإعداد وتحديث الجداول الزمنية للمشروعات.
• القدرة على إعداد ومراجعة المستخلصات وحصر الأعمال المنفذة.
• الإلمام بالمواصفات الفنية والمخططات والعقود ومتطلبات المشروعات.
• امتلاك علاقات مهنية جيدة مع الموردين والمقاولين، ومهارات فعالة في التنسيق والتفاوض.

Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Engineer to join our team as a Bidding Manager for Arch , Interior , Civil . The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in cost estimation, tendering, and pricing strategies for both private and government projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate cost estimates and project budgets.
• Analyze drawings, specifications, and tender documents.
• Manage and lead the pricing and tendering process.
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations.
• Review and evaluate project risks and opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with government regulations and tender requirements.
• Provide value engineering solutions to optimize project costs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in pricing, estimation, or tendering.
• Strong knowledge of both private and government project procedures.
• Excellent analytical and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in estimation software and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in large-scale construction projects.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication skills.

Pay: From ﷼10,000.00 per month
