Qualification in Construction/Engineering/Architecture/Sustainability Proficient in Cad, word and excel Good knowledge of Part L and Part F of the Building regulations Have completed and successfully passed the BER assessor training course Survey and gather technical information on site Carry out calculations in accordance with DEAP procedure Generate BER certs and Advisory reports Complete heat pump technical assessments Carry out home energy audits Be a client focused and competent at time management While the list of skills and competencies given are required training will be provided where required. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: €30,000.00-€35,000.00 per year Benefits: Bike to work scheme Flexitime Work from home Education: Advanced/Higher Certificate (preferred) Work Location: Hybrid remote in Dublin, County Dublin
