Agent Benefits Manager Epique Realty About the Role Epique Realty is seeking an organized, energetic, and service-focused Agent Benefits Manager to oversee the benefits, perks, services, and resources Epique provides to our agents. This is not a traditional HR or employee benefits position . This role is focused specifically on the unique benefits Epique offers its real estate agents and ensuring agents understand, access, and take advantage of everything available to them. What You’ll Be Doing Become an expert on the benefits, perks, services, and resources Epique offers its agents Serve as the go to resource for agents with questions about their Epique benefits Help agents understand where and how to access available benefits Promote benefits and increase agent awareness and utilization Communicate new benefits, program updates, and changes Work directly with benefit partners and vendors Help troubleshoot access issues and coordinate solutions with providers Maintain accurate and up-to-date information on all available benefits Create simple guides, FAQs, announcements, and educational materials Coordinate benefit webinars, presentations, and informational sessions Introduce and educate agents on benefits during onboarding and throughout their time with Epique Gather agent feedback and identify ways to improve the benefits experience Assist with the rollout and launch of new benefits and partnerships Track benefit engagement and identify benefits that need additional promotion Work closely with leadership and other departments on benefit-related initiatives What We’re Looking For Excellent communication and people skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail Strong customer service mentality Excellent follow through Comfortable working with agents, vendors, and leadership Proactive and able to take ownership of projects Strong problem solving skills Comfortable learning multiple programs and technology platforms Able to explain information clearly and simply Real estate experience is a plus but not required The Ideal Candidate You are outgoing, organized, resourceful, and genuinely enjoy helping people. You can learn a large number of Epique benefits and become the person agents trust to help them understand what's available and how to use it. You don't just know what Epique offers......You make sure our agents know too. Pay: $38,000.00 - $41,000.00 per year Work Location: Remote
