Shift Timing: 6:00 PM to 3:30 AM (IST)

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Experience Required: Minimum 6 Months in US IT Recruitment / US Staffing

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end US IT recruitment process.
• Source candidates through job portals and social platforms.
• Screen and evaluate candidate profiles.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates.
• Maintain candidate records and follow-ups.
• Build and maintain strong candidate relationships.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of relevant experience.
• Good English communication skills.
• Comfortable working in the US shift.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
