Bench Sales Recruiter
Responsibilities: Source and market IT consultants from bench using job portals, LinkedIn, vendor networks, and other channels Search and actively apply to relevant job openings on behalf of bench consultants Submit consultant profiles to suitable job requirements and follow up with vendors/recruiters Build and maintain relationships with vendors, clients, and recruiters Coordinate interviews, feedback, and placement activities Maintain daily submission, interview, and placement reports Ensure timely communication with clients, vendors, and candidates Achieve daily/weekly submission and placement targets Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
