Our behavioral consultants provide school, home and community based services to school age children who have behavioral and learning disorders. They are responsible for direct services, parent training, completing documentation and keeping accurate records of treatment plans, progress notes and annual reports. This position is full time in one location. Board Certified Behavior Analyst Requirements: Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology or Special Education Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or NYS Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) Must be willing to provide applied behavior analytic services in lower Manhattan, NY Availability Monday - Friday from 8:30 - 2:30 Experience providing applied behavior analysis (ABA) to school age children diagnosed with Autism and various language and learning disorders Board Certified Behavior Analyst Responsibilities: Provide push-in services to children with Autism in ICT, 8:1:1 and 6:1:1 classrooms Foster strong relationships with families and create a nurturing learning environment in home settings Engage with caregivers to maintain consistent therapeutic schedules Maintain weekly, quarterly, and annual paperwork including daily session notes, progress reports and annual review Our ideal candidate is: Independent - you work well with limited supervision and take ownership Compassionate - you have a heart for special needs children and provide quality therapy Driven - you have a strong work ethic and positive attitude towards overcoming obstacles Organized - you can easily manage your time and resources to achieve efficient, quality results Conscientious - you appreciate the importance of being consistent with students and family Job Type: Full-time Pay: $132,000.00 - $147,000.00 per year License/Certification: BCBA or LBA (Required) Work Location: In person
