Job Overview

As a Beauty Salon Manager, you’ll lead the salon’s daily operations, support your team and help create a welcoming, well-organised experience for clients. You’ll balance people management with retail and sales responsibilities, keeping service standards and business priorities in view.

Duties

• Manage and supervise the team, coordinate daily tasks and communicate priorities clearly.
• Oversee retail operations, sales activity and merchandising, keeping products presented attractively and stock organised.
• Handle administrative tasks, manage time effectively and use professional phone etiquette when responding to enquiries.
• Your impact: Clear team coordination helps colleagues deliver a consistent, welcoming experience for salon clients.

Qualifications

Required: Practical management, leadership, communication, organisational and time-management skills to guide staff and oversee salon operations. Preferred: Supervising, team, retail or sales management experience, alongside administrative experience; bilingual or multilingual abilities can help you communicate with a wider range of clients and colleagues.

Pay: £30,000.00-£36,000.00 per year
