Supervise, guide and motivate beauty therapists and other operational staff to maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism. Plan and coordinate staff work schedules, duty rosters and daily operations according to business requirements. Provide professional advice and consultation to customers on suitable beauty, skincare and wellness treatments based on their needs. Monitor and maintain service quality, treatment standards and customer satisfaction. Handle customer enquiries, feedback and complaints professionally and take appropriate follow-up actions to resolve service issues. Monitor staff performance, attendance and work discipline, and provide coaching and on-the-job training where required. Ensure proper handling, storage and usage of beauty products, equipment and treatment materials. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate the ordering and replenishment of beauty products, consumables and other operational supplies. Assist in implementing promotional campaigns, membership programmes and sales initiatives to achieve revenue and customer retention targets. Monitor daily sales and operational performance and prepare relevant reports for management. Ensure the premises, treatment rooms and equipment are maintained in a clean, hygienic and safe condition. Ensure staff comply with company policies, operational procedures and applicable workplace health and safety requirements. Assist management in recruitment, staff training and performance evaluation of beauty personnel. Keep abreast of current beauty, skincare and wellness trends and recommend new treatments, products or service improvements where appropriate. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the management.
