Beauty Advisor Manager

Gmeelan is looking for a passionate and results-driven Beauty Advisor to join our growing brand. You will be the face of our brand at retail outlets, delivering personalized skincare consultations and driving sales through exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Beauty Advisor team to achieve sales targets, while monitoring performance and implementing improvement plans.
• Recruit, onboard, coach, and train BAs on product knowledge, skincare consultation, selling skills, and customer service .
• Ensure excellent customer experience , including professional skincare consultations, personalized recommendations, customer retention, and repeat purchases.
• Conduct regular store visits to monitor merchandising, stock availability, counter/store conditions, and brand execution.
• Build strong relationships with retail partners and store teams , and coordinate promotions, new product launches, member events, and other in-store campaigns.
• Prepare and analyze sales and performance reports to identify opportunities and drive business growth.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in beauty/skincare retail, with experience as a BA, Senior BA, Supervisor, or Manager.
• Relevant experience working with or managing Beauty Advisor operations within Watsons channels is mandatory.
• Experience managing or supervising a Beauty Advisor / Sales Promoter team is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge and passion for beauty, skincare, ingredients, and product categories , with strong customer service and communication skills.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken , with strong leadership, coaching, sales, and analytical skills.
• Willing to conduct regular store visits and work according to retail business needs, based in Jakarta with willingness to travel as required.
