BDC Manager
Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Manager to lead our team and drive the success of our operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams. Duties Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in meeting organizational goals. Lead, mentor, and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance. Implement sales management strategies to drive revenue growth and market share. Manage inventory effectively to meet customer demands while minimizing waste. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Conduct public speaking engagements to promote company initiatives and foster community relationships. Collaborate with outside sales teams to identify new business opportunities and expand client base. Utilize strong organizational skills to manage schedules, resources, and project timelines. Support sales efforts through effective communication and coordination with sales support staff. Analyze sales data using math skills to inform decision-making and improve performance. Experience Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably in a sales or customer service environment. Multilingual abilities are required for this position. Strong background in inventory management and operational processes is highly desirable. Excellent public speaking skills with the ability to engage audiences effectively. Demonstrated success in outside sales activities is an advantage. Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail in managing tasks and projects.
