# Batching Plant Manager - Ready Mix Concrete **AHNEX BUILDERS & READY MIX CORPORATION** · General Trias · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 3 дня назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or Industrial Engineering Preferably a licensed engineer With 10 years or more of work experience as batching plant (ready-mix concrete) operations manager Knowledgeable in over-all batching plant operation, product design and QA/QC of the product Ability to attract new clients & retain existing clients Strong knowledge of concrete technology and mix design principles Knowledge of equipment maintenance principles Ability to develop effective methodologies to address operational challenges With experience in Integrated Management System (IMS) is an advantage Knowledgeable in compliance of required permits and documentation from local, municipal, provincial agencies, including DENR Well experienced in inventory monitoring of materials necessary for plant operations across all projects Willing to work in Gen.
