The role contributes to creating a welcoming and premium customer experience by maintaining hospitality standards, cleanliness, and efficient beverage service within the showroom. Core Accountabilities: - Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner - Prepare and serve coffee, espresso-based drinks, tea, and other beverages according to company standards - Operate and maintain coffee machines, grinders, and related equipment - Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality - Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally - Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the shift - Monitor stock levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, cups, and other supplies - Minimize waste and ensure proper product rotation - Check if brewing equipment operates properly and report any maintenance needs - Comply with health and safety regulations - Communicate customer feedback to managers - Flexibility to work in shifts Knowledge, Qualifications & Skills required: - 1–3 years of experience as a Barista, preferably in a showroom, hospitality, café, hotel, or customer-facing environment - Strong customer service and communication skills - Barista certification or relevant training is an advantage - Good knowledge of coffee preparation and beverage presentation - Basic English communication skills: Arabic is an advantage - Professional appearance and positive attitude Pay: AED1,700.00 - AED4,200.00 per month Work Location: In person
