Key Responsibilities - Perform professional men’s haircuts, styling, fades, beard trims, shaving, and grooming services. - Consult with clients to understand their preferred style and recommend suitable services. - Maintain consistent quality and attention to detail in every service. - Ensure all tools, equipment, and workstations are clean, sanitized, and properly maintained. - Follow all salon hygiene, health, safety, and operational procedures. - Maintain professional personal grooming and appearance at all times. - Deliver excellent customer service and build strong client relationships. - Recommend suitable retail products and additional services when appropriate. - Support the salon in achieving monthly sales and service targets. - Maintain accurate client preferences and service notes where required. - Handle client feedback professionally and report any complaints to management. - Support promotions, events, and marketing activities when required. - Maintain a professional and respectful working environment and follow management instructions. Requirements - Proven experience as a Barber / Men’s Hairdresser. - Strong skills in modern and classic men’s haircuts, fades, beard grooming, and styling. - Good communication and customer-service skills. - Professional appearance and attitude. - Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple clients. - Knowledge of hygiene and sanitation standards. - Ability to work as part of a professional salon team.
