Barback — Genatsvale Restaurant Location: Palm Jumeirah, Dubai, UAE Employment Type: Full-time Department: Bar / Beverage Operations About the Role Genatsvale Restaurant is looking for a hardworking, energetic, and service-minded Barback to join our bar team in Palm Jumeirah. The Barback will support the bartenders and beverage team by keeping the bar fully stocked, clean, organized, and ready for smooth service during busy operations. Key Responsibilities Assist bartenders with daily bar preparation and service. Restock beverages, mixers, garnishes, ice, glassware, and other bar supplies. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and storage areas. Wash, polish, and organize glassware. Collect and clear used bottles and glasses when required. Prepare basic garnishes and bar mise en place. Assist with receiving, storing, and rotating beverage stock. Support opening and closing procedures. Monitor stock levels and report shortages to the Bar Manager. Follow all hygiene, health, safety, and company standards. Work closely with bartenders, waiters, and other restaurant team members. Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude at all times. Requirements Previous Barback, Bar Assistant, Commis Bartender, or hospitality experience is preferred. Good English communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Physically fit and comfortable standing for extended periods. Strong teamwork and attention to detail. Positive, hardworking, and willing to learn. Previous experience in Dubai hospitality is an advantage. What We Offer Full-time employment. Competitive salary package.
