As part of the opening of Monsieur Paul in May 2026 , Les Maisons Bocus e are recruiting the talents who will form the founding kitchen and front-of-house teams for this exceptional project in the Middle East. We are looking for our future Bar Manager ready to embody excellence and the French art of hospitality. Key Responsibilities : Independently manage the bar operations and ensure smooth service Welcome, advise and engage with guests at the bar Demonstrate strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines and beverages Create and deliver high-quality drinks while ensuring consistency and presentation Develop the bar offering and identify upselling opportunities Manage stock levels, orders and inventory control Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety and quality standards Lead, train and support the bar team during service Coordinate closely with restaurant and kitchen teams to ensure a seamless guest experience Skills & Soft Skills : Strong knowledge of mixology, cocktails, spirits, wines and beverage service Previous experience managing bar operations and a team Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong organisational and stock management skills Ability to lead, motivate and develop a team Excellent sense of hospitality and guest experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills Commercial mindset with a focus on upselling and profitability Impeccable grooming and presentation Team spirit, leadership and attention to detail We Offer : Attractive compensation package including base salary and allowances Housing allowance Work visa and residence sponsorship fully covered by the company Health insurance coverage Life and accident insurance 26 working days of annual leave + UAE public holidays End-of-service benefits in accordance with UAE Labour Law 5 working days per week with 2 days off The opportunity to be part of the opening team of an exceptional fine-dining project in the Middle East Career growth opportunities within an internationally renowned hospitality group
