Package: Basic monthly + Commissions+ Performance Bonus Job Description Primary focus of sales acquisition is to make outbound calls to existing customers through assigned leads to acquire new unsecured loan sales. Achievement of daily, weekly and monthly sales targets. Possess a sales-focused attitude with a willingness to service customers. Ability to recommend and persuade customers with regards to unsecured retail banking products. Follow up on income documents and any other relevant documents required for application submission. 5 days’ work week, with overtime applicable whenever required by Management. Job Requirements: Relevant sales experience preferred. Energetic and proactive personality. Good communication skills. Highly motivated to build a career in banking sales. Minimum N-Level qualification and above. Highly sales-driven to achieve sales targets and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Able to work independently in a team-oriented environment. Working Hours and Location Monday to Friday: 9:00am to 6:30pm (inclusive of 1-hour lunch break). Overtime, if applicable: Monday to Friday, 7:15pm to 8:30pm. Overtime, if applicable: Saturday, 10:00am to 2:00pm.
