We are seeking a customer-focused and service-oriented professional to handle inbound enquiries from corporate and SME clients. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound calls and enquiries relating to commercial banking products, accounts and transactions. Understand client needs and provide accurate, timely and professional solutions. Resolve complex enquiries by working closely with relevant internal teams. Maintain service quality and comply with the bank’s policies, procedures and regulatory requirements. Requirements Diploma/Degree with relevant customer service or contact centre experience , preferably in banking or financial services. Strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Able to manage multiple enquiries effectively in a fast-paced contact centre environment. Commercial/SME banking experience will be an advantage.
