System Integrity Management: Input and configure critical credit covenants into the bank’s loan organisation system with zero margin for error. ESG & Sustainability Monitoring: Onboard and track specialized documentation for sustainability-linked financing and green loans. Covenant Compliance Control: Conduct routine compliance audits across financial metrics , time-stamped deadlines , and security-based covenants . Collateral Valuation: Perform regular mark-to-market (MTM) valuations on financial collateral (such as equities, bonds, or cash) to track portfolio exposure. Credit Limit Adjustments: Trigger and execute system changes for limit adjustments based on collateral price fluctuations and margin requirements. Risk Mitigation: Escalate covenant breaches, documentation discrepancies, and collateral shortfalls to Credit Risk and Relationship Managers. Job Requirements & Qualifications Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Finance , Banking , Business Administration , or a related discipline. Experience: Proven track record in Credit Administration , Loan Operations , or Credit Control within a corporate or commercial bank. Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of wholesale banking products , corporate loan structures, and security/collateral documentation. ESG Literacy: Familiarity with sustainability financing frameworks and specialized green lending covenants. Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret complex legal credit agreements and financial data for system translation. Systems Experience: Hands-on experience using institutional loan origination systems and market data terminals (e.g., Bloomberg, Reuters) for MTM checks.
