LTD.** · Outram · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 4 дня назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Job Responsibilities: Providing support to all branches in relation to daily operations and administrative matters to ensure smooth operation Conducting operational training and inspection on branches Responsible for handling customer complaints to send acknowledgement email and communicate the outcome to the complainant within stipulated timeframe to identify the root cause of the problem and course of the action to resolve the complaint to record and document the complaint and investigation findings to do analysis and submit report to ICCD Responsible for Anti-Money Laundering related matters to provide advisory on AML requirements to branches Provision of AML information to keep monitoring on KYC progress to follow up on AML sample checks EDD & STR related work Responsible for general compliance matters Head office and regulatory submission Dissemination of regulatory updates Provision of compliance advisory Monitoring of compliance tasks Responsible for operational risk management BCM related work Risk and control self-assessment Key risk indicator Operational risk event Third party risk management Business System User Access Review Any work assigned from time to time by supervisor or the Management Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Banking and Finance or related discipline At least 1 - 2 years of relevant experience in banking industry Candidates with strong sense of responsibility Being patient and meticulous Fluent in Mandarin to liaise with internal and external stakeholders Ability to multi-task and work under pressure Good interpersonal skills and communication skills HR-PRO RECRUITMENT SERVICES PTE LTD.
