This is a hands-on,fast-paced role for a passionate and organised leader with a keen eye for quality and a love for sweet bakes. You’ll be responsible for ensuring our products are made to the highest standard,every time — managing production workflows,leading the team,and keeping quality,consistency and creativity at the heart of everything we do. About You The ideal candidate will have: Previous experience managing a bakery or production kitchen,ideally producing at scale; A strong understanding of sweet bakery items (particularly cookies and doughnuts),with a creative and quality-driven approach; Knowledge of brunch kitchen operations and ability to support prep and planning for our café service; A hands-on leadership style with proven experience managing and motivating a small,fast-moving team; A strong grasp of food safety standards,allergen management and HACCP procedures; Excellent organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a busy production environment; A passion for the craft of baking and a genuine interest in food trends,innovation and product development.
