Responsibilities - Manage all aspects of bakery operations, including food preparation, baking, and presentation of baked goods. - Supervise bakery staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality output. - Maintain strict adherence to food safety standards and health regulations across all bakery processes. - Oversee inventory management, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste to optimize profitability. - Lead by example in bakery cleanliness, organization, and food production techniques to uphold brand standards. - Work with senior management to Develop & increase wholesale turnover with products analysis and menu development. Skills - Proven experience in bakery management with a strong understanding of artisan techniques. - Demonstrated supervising experience with team management skills that motivate and develop staff. - Knowledge of food safety protocols and food production processes within a bakery setting. - Ability to oversee multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
