# Backend Maintenance Engineer (CCTV & IT Infrastructure) (Ref 26595) **Jobline Resources Pte Ltd** · Singapore · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: вчера* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Responsibilities - Perform preventive maintenance (PM) and corrective maintenance (CM) for IT and security system infrastructure. - Support the operation and maintenance of CCTV and video management systems, including surveillance servers, network devices, and security appliances. - Troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to servers, workstations, network infrastructure, and cybersecurity solutions. - Monitor system health, investigate faults, and implement corrective actions to maintain system availability. - Participate in standby duty and after-office-hours support according to a weekly roster. - Work independently during fault investigations and recovery activities while collaborating effectively with team members and stakeholders. - Support system upgrades, patch management, cybersecurity compliance activities, and maintenance exercises. - Maintain proper documentation, maintenance records, and technical reports. Requirements - Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline. - Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure maintenance, system administration, network support, or security operations. - Experience in CCTV, surveillance systems, or physical security systems will be an added advantage. - Relevant certifications such as RHCSA, RHCE, CCNA, Security+, CEH, or equivalent are advantageous.
