This is an on-site position. Compensation: $95,000- $100,000 annualized salary We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Back-End Engineer with strong experience in Go (Golang) to join our engineering team. In this role, you will design, build, and maintain scalable, high-performance back-end systems and APIs. You will collaborate closely with front-end developers, Mobile Developers and DevOps engineers, to deliver reliable and efficient services that power our platform. The ideal candidate has a solid background in server-side development, database design, and Google cloud infrastructure, with a focus on clean code and performance optimization. Responsibilities: Participate in code and design reviews Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code Develop and manage database schemas, queries, and performance tuning Participate in agile development processes including sprint planning and daily standups Monitor and troubleshoot system performance, availability, and security Work closely with front-end engineers, Mobile Developers, product managers, designers, and DevOps to build end-to-end features Requirements: Bachelor and/or Master degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience 2+ years of experience with Golang Experience with GitHub code repositories and automatic code deployment. Experience with SQL Experience with databases (SQL and/or NoSQL, e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB) Qualifications: Experience engineering micro services in Golang Experience with Postgres Clear communication and ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams Proactive in identifying and resolving technical challenges Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking 2–5+ years of experience in back-end or full-stack development roles About Kingbee Vans Kingbee Vans is a leader in flexible commercial vehicle solutions, helping businesses scale their fleets with ease.
