Do you want to become part of the team as a BOH Athlete at Nike? Your mission: ensure smooth operations behind the scenes. This role is all about maintaining an organized stockroom, executing processes efficiently, and ensuring the store is always well supplied with products, helping to bring the Nike spirit to life on the sales floor. What You'll Do Maintain a clean, organized, and safe Back of House (BOH) area to ensure smooth operations throughout the year. Inspect incoming deliveries, count cartons, and verify shipments against freight documentation, reporting any discrepancies or damages immediately. Follow PRE (Product Receiving Excellence) standards and consistently adhere to BOH processes. Support efficient replenishment and help ensure product availability for the sales team. Process transfers and returns to vendor (RTV) accurately and reliably. Assist the Visual Merchandising team in preparing products for the sales floor. Confidently use store systems and technology to support operational efficiency. Execute promotions, markdowns, and seasonal transitions on time.
