Join us as an AWS Connect Implementation Engineer and play a key role in delivering scalable, customer-centric platforms using Amazon Connect. Location: Malaysia Experience: 4–6 years (min. 2 years in AWS Connect) Employment Type: Full-time What You’ll Do: Design & implement Amazon Connect-based contact center solutions Configure flows, queues, routing profiles, and user setups Integrate AWS services (Lambda, Lex, S3, DynamoDB, CloudWatch) Build IVR, chatbots & analytics solutions Support migration from legacy telephony systems Troubleshoot call flows, latency & integration issues Ensure security, compliance & documentation standards What We’re Looking For: ✔ Hands-on experience with Amazon Connect ✔ Strong skills in AWS Lambda (Node.js/Python), API Gateway ✔ Experience with CRM integrations (Salesforce, Zendesk, etc.) ✔ Knowledge of Lex, Polly, Contact Lens ✔ Understanding of VoIP, SIP & telephony concepts ✔ Experience with CloudWatch, X-Ray ✔ AWS Certifications (preferred): AWS Certified Developer/Architect , AWS Certified Advanced Networking , or AWS Contact Center Competency .
