In this vital role, you’ll be the friendly face and trusted guide for our customers, helping them confidently navigate their vehicle maintenance and repair needs. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-volume Nissan dealership where your customer service skills, automotive knowledge, and sales ability directly drive customer satisfaction and dealership success. Whether you’re experienced or ready to grow, we will train the right person. Responsibilities Greet customers professionally, listen to vehicle concerns, and accurately document service needs Clearly explain recommended repairs and maintenance, providing accurate estimates and options Coordinate with technicians to schedule and track repairs, ensuring timely completion Advise customers on services including oil changes, brakes, alignments, suspension, tires, transmission repairs, shocks & struts, and general maintenance Upsell additional services and maintenance packages by matching customer needs with value-driven recommendations Manage service writing processes including repair orders, invoicing, and maintaining accurate records Maintain strong communication with customers throughout the repair process Deliver a high-level customer experience while meeting CSI and dealership performance standards Qualifications & Skills Nissan experience preferred (not required) Will train the right person with a strong work ethic and positive attitude Reynolds & Reynolds experience preferred Xtime experience preferred Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical information clearly Sales-driven mindset with experience or interest in upselling services Mechanical knowledge or technician background is a plus Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dealership environment Compensation & Benefits Weekly salary plus commission 5-day work week Ongoing training and career growth opportunities Supportive management and team-oriented environment Stable, established Nissan dealership How to Apply Apply directly on Indeed or submit your resume for immediate consideration.
