As our business expands, we are looking for a skilled, customer-oriented Automotive Service Advisor to join our fast-paced aftersales team and act as the vital bridge between our clients and our workshop technicians. Job Purpose As a Service Advisor, you will be the primary face of our service department. Your goal is to deliver an exceptional aftersales experience by understanding client concerns, translating them into technical service requirements, providing accurate timelines/estimates, and maximizing workshop revenue through ethical service recommendations. Key Responsibilities Customer Intake & Liaison: Greet clients professionally, perform initial vehicle walk-arounds, accurately document vehicle symptoms, and establish reliable completion timelines. Diagnostics & Estimation: Collaborate closely with workshop mechanics to diagnose issues, review vehicle service history, and draft precise cost estimates for parts and labor. Clear Communication: Translate complex mechanical issues into simple, transparent language for clients, keeping them updated on their vehicle’s progress. Value-Added Consultations: Advise clients on required routine maintenance, explain warranty coverage, and recommend necessary aftermarket or OEM part solutions. Workflow & Billing Management: Maintain accurate digital repair orders (ROs), process client approvals, prepare invoices, and manage payment collections upon vehicle hand-over. Requirements & Qualifications Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years of proven experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or Service Writer in a dealership or reputable independent repair center. Technical Comprehension: Strong knowledge of automotive mechanics, diagnostics, and routine maintenance schedules. Soft Skills: Outstanding communication, active listening, and conflict-resolution skills. Sales Ability: Confident in consultative sales, upselling essential maintenance packages, and building long-term client trust. Tech Savvy: Familiarity with modern automotive garage management software (DMS) and standard office systems. Licensing: A valid driver's license is required (to perform initial road tests or park vehicles if needed). Job Type: Full-time Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate: Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
