We are looking for a TOP-PERFORMING AUTOMOTIVE SALES MANAGER who knows how to lead a team, drive volume, maximize gross profit, develop salespeople, and deliver an outstanding customer experience. Responsibilities As a Sales Manager, you will: Lead, motivate, coach, and develop the sales team Drive new and pre-owned vehicle sales volume Work deals and assist sales professionals in closing customers Conduct effective salesperson and manager TOs Maximize front-end gross while maintaining a great customer experience Monitor daily appointments, leads, follow-up, and closing ratios Maintain strong CRM processes and accountability Help recruit, train, and develop top-performing sales professionals Set daily and monthly goals and hold the team accountable Work closely with the General Manager and other department managers Ensure dealership processes and manufacturer standards are followed Create a professional, competitive, positive sales environment Deliver the level of customer service expected from the Raymond name What We're Looking For The ideal candidate will have: Proven automotive sales management experience A documented history of strong sales performance Excellent leadership and coaching abilities Strong closing and deal-structuring skills Ability to manage both people and processes Excellent communication and organizational skills Strong understanding of CRM and internet lead management Desire to grow professionally and financially A competitive, team-oriented attitude High level of integrity and accountability Why Raymond Chevrolet & Raymond Kia?
