We are a family-owned and operated dealership that has been serving the Bellevue community since 1986. We’re looking for someone who enjoys working with people, is motivated to succeed, and wants to build a career in automotive sales. Automotive sales experience is a plus, but it is not required. If you have the right attitude, work ethic and willingness to learn, we are willing to train the right person. Compensation Expected compensation range: $50,000–$145,000 per year This is a commission-based sales position. Actual earnings will vary based on individual sales performance and may include commissions, bonuses and other performance-based incentives in accordance with the dealership's sales pay plan. Benefits Acura of Bellevue offers eligible full-time employees: Medical insurance – eligible after 60 days of employment Dental insurance – eligible after 60 days of employment Vision insurance – eligible after 60 days of employment 401(k) retirement plan – eligible after 60 days of employment, with company match eligibility after 12 months Paid sick leave in accordance with Washington State law One week of PTO after one year of employment What You'll Do Assist customers throughout the vehicle-shopping and purchasing process Build and maintain relationships with customers Respond to internet, phone and in-store inquiries Present and demonstrate new and pre-owned vehicles Explain vehicle features, technology and available options Maintain current product knowledge Follow up with prospective and existing customers by phone, text and email Maintain accurate customer activity in our CRM Work with management to structure and complete vehicle transactions Provide a professional and positive customer experience Work toward individual and dealership sales goals What We're Looking For Strong communication and people skills Self-motivated, dependable and organized Comfortable communicating with customers in person, by phone, text and email Willingness to learn and follow established dealership processes Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong follow-up skills Positive and professional attitude Results-driven mindset Automotive sales experience is a plus, but not required Ability and willingness to drive dealership vehicles as part of the essential functions of the position Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Schedule This is a full-time position. Sales Consultants must be available to work a dealership sales schedule, including Saturdays. Acura of Bellevue is closed on Sundays, with the exception of the last Sunday of each month.
