Automotive BDC Manager
AUTOMOTIVE BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT CENTER/INTERNET MANAGER Large Volume Automotive group has an immediate opening for an experienced automotive Business Development Center/Internet Manager for their Ford dealership. We are looking for someone with a proven track record of success. The right candidate must meet the following criteria to be considered for employment: · Top-notch performer, able to hire, train and manage · CRM and DMS knowledge and experience · Ability to work with Microsoft Office products · Have good phone skills with the ability to follow structured call scripts, processes, and procedures · Be highly organized and have a strong ability to provide detailed reporting and meet deadlines. · Spanish speaking is a HUGE Plus ++ If you meet the following criteria, we have an outstanding opportunity available. Responsibilities Contribute to high scores for the manufacturer’s custom satisfaction index (CSI). Source and manage third party lead providers. Create, measure and maintain the internet business development process. Collect and analyze metrics/reports. Inventory pricing assistance. Manage photos and descriptions of inventory on website. Be able to respond to email inquiries in well-spoken professional manner. Train and motivate BDC representatives. Can create and maintain a process driven work environment. Work closely with other department managers and GM. Qualifications Previous automotive dealer BDC/Internet Manager experience Superior communication skills, both oral and written Professional and well-spoken Excellent organizational skills Exceptional leadership skills Strong attention to detail Must thrive under pressure Spanish Speaking is a HUGE Plus++ What We Offer Demo vehicle 401K Medical & more!
