The ideal candidate should have expertise in Selenium WebDriver with Java, BDD/Cucumber, API testing, and performance testing. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, automation framework development experience, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams to ensure the quality of software applications. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain automation test frameworks using Selenium WebDriver, Java, and BDD/Cucumber . Perform automated testing for web applications, APIs, and databases. Implement test scripts using JUnit, TestNG, and Page Object Model (POM) frameworks. Conduct API testing using SOAP UI and Postman . Perform performance testing using JMeter . Collaborate with developers and business analysts to understand requirements and define test strategies. Work with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins for test automation execution. Utilize Git, Bitbucket for version control and Maven for build automation. Execute and maintain automation scripts on Windows and Linux environments . Write and execute SQL queries for database validation. Use JIRA for test management and defect tracking. Identify, analyze, and report defects, and work closely with the development team for resolution.
