The ideal candidate will have foundational knowledge of control systems, field instruments, and automation software, with a keen interest in developing control panel designs, logic diagrams, and HMI interfaces. This role offers an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to gain hands-on experience in the automation industry. Key Responsibilities: · Lead the design, development, and implementation of advanced control systems including DCS, PLC, and SCADA solutions. · Review and analyze P&ID drawings, control schematics, and instrumentation layouts to ensure system integrity and compliance. · Prepare and approve detailed control panel wiring diagrams, wiring schedules, terminal diagrams, and loop diagrams. · Develop and optimize control logic, scripts, and HMI screens to enhance process automation and monitoring. · Provide technical guidance and support during the installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of control systems. · Conduct system integration, testing, and commissioning activities ensuring seamless operation of automation solutions. · Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to resolve complex control system issues and implement improvements. · Ensure all automation activities adhere to safety standards, industry regulations, and company policies. · Document system configurations, modifications, and maintenance procedures for future reference and compliance. · Mentor junior engineers and team members promote best practices in control system engineering. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Instrumentation & Control, Electronics, Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering or related field). Preferred Skills & Experience: · 2-3 years of experience · Prior hands-on experience with designing or working on DCS, PLC, or SCADA systems will be an advantage. · Familiarity with reading and interpreting P&ID drawings and preparing control panel diagrams is desirable. · Experience in wiring, configuration, or troubleshooting control systems in industrial environments will be considered a plus. · Certification or training in Siemens DCS, PCS7, or related automation platforms will enhance candidacy. · Exposure to power plant automation or industrial process control projects will be beneficial.
