The ideal candidate will combine AI engineering, workflow automation, API integration, and software development skills to build reliable AI-powered agents and automated business workflows. Key Responsibilities - Design and develop AI-powered automation workflows, agents, and business process solutions. - Build integrations between AI models, APIs, CRMs, ERP systems, databases, communication platforms, and third-party applications. - Develop automation workflows using platforms such as n8n, Make, Zapier, or equivalent tools. - Integrate and work with OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, LangChain, LangGraph, and other AI technologies. - Develop APIs and backend services using Python, FastAPI, Node.js, or similar technologies. - Implement automation for areas such as lead generation, customer service, sales, marketing, operations, and internal business processes. - Design intelligent workflows incorporating LLMs, RAG, tool calling, webhooks, queues, databases, and human approval steps. - Test, monitor, troubleshoot, and continuously optimize automation systems. - Collaborate with business consultants, software engineers, and clients to translate business requirements into technical solutions. - Document architectures, workflows, integrations, APIs, and deployment procedures. Required Qualifications & Skills - 3+ years of professional experience in software engineering, automation engineering, AI engineering, or a related field. - Strong Python and API development/integration skills. - Hands-on experience with AI/LLM applications and automation platforms. - Experience with n8n, Make, Zapier, or comparable workflow automation tools. - Strong understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth, JSON, databases, and event-driven workflows. - Practical experience with OpenAI/Anthropic/Gemini APIs, LangChain or LangGraph. - Familiarity with PostgreSQL, Redis, Git/GitHub, Docker, and cloud platforms. - Understanding of software development lifecycle, testing, deployment, security, and monitoring. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills. Preferred Skills - Experience building AI Agents, RAG systems, copilots, or multi-agent workflows. - Experience integrating WhatsApp Business API, CRMs, ERPs, payment platforms, email, and SaaS applications. - Knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP, CI/CD, Kubernetes, and infrastructure automation. - Experience delivering AI automation solutions for real-world businesses or enterprise clients.
