Autocare Operations Supervisor / Assistant Manager

About the Position

ASPECTO Automotive Solutions is looking for a proactive, self-motivated and experienced Operations Supervisor / Assistant Manager to oversee our daily operations and support the company's growth.

We are looking for a hands-on leader who can independently manage teams, coordinate multiple locations, improve operational performance and take ownership without constant supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily workshop operations and on-site dealership activities.
• Supervise technicians, team leaders and operational staff across multiple locations.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor productivity, quality and team performance.
• Establish and monitor KPIs, prepare reports and improve operational efficiency.
• Manage job scheduling, manpower allocation and workshop capacity.
• Monitor job costing, labour efficiency, material consumption and gross margins.
• Develop SOPs and improve operational processes and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate job records and ensure proper use of DMS and management systems.
• Support business growth, customer satisfaction and dealership relationships.
• Proactively identify problems, follow up on outstanding tasks and bring solutions to management.

Requirements

• Experience in automotive aftercare, detailing, PPF, wrapping, tinting or workshop operations.
• Previous experience in operations supervision or team management.
• Strong leadership, organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, computer applications and DMS/ERP systems.
• Understanding of KPIs, job costing and profitability.
• Self-motivated, commercially aware and able to work independently.
• Excellent follow-up and communication skills.
• Valid UAE driving licence – mandatory.
