The ideal candidate should have previous experience preparing construction permit drawings, building plans, site development plans, or similar documents submitted to government authorities . Candidates with proven experience handling permit-related drawings will be given preference. Key Responsibilities Prepare construction permit drawings and technical plans using AutoCAD. Develop and revise drawings based on engineering requirements, site conditions, and applicable standards. Prepare drawings and plans required for submission to relevant government offices and permitting authorities. Coordinate with engineers and project personnel to ensure drawings are accurate and complete. Incorporate revisions and comments from engineers, consultants, and permitting authorities. Ensure drawings contain the necessary dimensions, specifications, notes, details, and annotations required for permit submission. Review drawings for accuracy, consistency, completeness, and compliance with project requirements. Maintain proper organization and version control of CAD files and drawing records. Assist in preparing as-built drawings and other technical drawings when required. Perform other drafting-related duties as assigned by the Engineering or Project Management team. Qualifications Graduate of Drafting Technology, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field . With strong proficiency in AutoCAD . Preferably with 3–5 years of relevant drafting experience . Previous experience preparing construction permit drawings is highly preferred. Experience preparing drawings for submission to LGUs, government agencies, or other permitting authorities is an advantage. Ability to interpret architectural, civil, structural, and engineering drawings. Knowledge of construction drawings, drafting standards, dimensions, symbols, and technical details. Detail-oriented and able to work accurately under deadlines. Good coordination and communication skills. Willing to work on-site or at the project office as required. Main Requirement Applicants with actual experience preparing drawings for construction permit applications are strongly preferred. Candidates should be able to provide examples or demonstrate familiarity with the preparation, revision, and documentation requirements for permit drawings.
