AutoCAD Draftsman

• Prepare 2D and 3D technical drawings using AutoCAD.
• Prepare fabrication drawings, shop drawings, and detailed engineering drawings for metal works.
• Develop drawings based on engineering designs, project specifications, and site measurements.
• Prepare detailed drawings for structural steel, metal fabrication, gates, railings, handrails, platforms, and other metal works.
• Coordinate with engineers, quantity surveyors, production teams, and project managers.
• Revise and update drawings according to client comments and project requirements.
• Ensure all drawings comply with project specifications and technical standards.
• Prepare cutting lists, material lists, and fabrication details when required.
• Maintain proper documentation and organize drawing revisions.
• Coordinate with the production team to ensure drawings are suitable for fabrication and installation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in AutoCAD drafting.
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD 2D and 3D.
• Experience in metal fabrication and structural steel drawings is preferred.
• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
• Knowledge of fabrication details, dimensions, sections, and material specifications.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.

Preferred Experience

Experience in steel fabrication, architectural metal works, stainless steel fabrication, aluminium works, and structural metal projects will be an advantage.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
