Identifies operational risks and process improvement opportunities, provides recommendations to enhance performance and compliance, and monitors the implementation of corrective actions. Collaborates with management and various departments to support continuous improvement and ensure organizational objectives are achieved. Key Responsibilities Supervise and lead audit teams in the planning, execution, and reporting of audits. Develop and implement audit plans that align with the organization’s objectives and risk assessment. Conduct detailed audits of financial statements, operational processes, and compliance with regulations. Review audit working papers and ensure that all findings are well-documented and supported. Prepare and present audit reports to management, highlighting key findings, risks, and recommendations. Collaborate with various departments to implement audit recommendations and monitor progress. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations, trends, and best practices. Mentor and train audit staff, providing guidance on audit methodologies and techniques. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of audit processes. Assist in special projects and investigations as directed by the top management (Council / CAO / AM). Qualifications: Minimum of three (3) years of experience in internal auditing, external auditing, or related field. With progressive supervisory or leadership experience. Experience in financial audits, risk assessment, and internal control evaluation. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, data analytics tools, and audit technologies. Willing to assign in EDSA Cubao, Quezon City Job Type: Full-time Work Location: In person
