Financial Audit Review hospital revenue, expenses, payments, receipts, and accounting transactions. Verify financial records and supporting documents for accuracy. IPD & OPD Revenue Audit Audit OPD/IPD billing, discounts, refunds, packages, deposits, and final bills. Identify billing errors, revenue leakages, and unauthorized adjustments. Insurance & TPA Audit Review insurance/TPA claims, approvals, deductions, denials, and settlements. Ensure documentation and billing comply with payer requirements. Cash & Bank Audit Verify daily cash collections, deposits, petty cash, and bank reconciliation. Investigate cash shortages, excesses, or unusual transactions. Inventory & Pharmacy Audit Conduct audits of pharmacy, medical supplies, consumables, and other inventories. Check stock movement, wastage, expiry, shortages, and unauthorized usage. Process & Operational Audit Audit hospital processes such as admissions, discharge, billing, purchase, stores, pharmacy, laboratory, and diagnostic services. Recommend improvements to strengthen process controls. Compliance & Control Ensure departments follow hospital policies, SOPs, statutory requirements, and internal controls. Identify control gaps and recommend corrective measures. Audit Reporting & Follow-up Prepare detailed audit reports highlighting observations, financial impact, risks, and recommendations. Follow up with departments to ensure timely closure of audit observations. Key Responsibilities Claim Follow-Up: Contact US insurance companies by phone or portal to check the status of outstanding or aging hospital claims. Denial Management: Analyze root causes for claim rejections, underpayments, or denials, and take corrective action like submitting appeals. Documentation: Accurately update call logs, notes, and action outcomes in hospital billing software (such as EPIC PMS or UB04 claim forms). Target Achievement: Meet daily productivity, quality, and collection goals set by the revenue cycle management (RCM) team Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Benefits: Flexible schedule Provident Fund Work Location: In person
