Job Title: Warehouse Manager Location: St Albans, Hertfordshire Company: Just Smile Ltd
Have you spent years working in live events, setting up sound systems, programming lighting, building stages and making productions happen?
Do you love the industry and working with professional AV equipment, but fancy spending a few more evenings and weekends at home?
This could be the perfect next step in your career.

The Role
You'll take ownership of our warehouse operations, ensuring that equipment is properly prepared, maintained, stored and ready for every event.
This is a hands-on management role where your technical knowledge, organisational skills and ability to lead a team will make a real difference.
You'll work closely with our project managers, technicians and operations team to keep everything running smoothly.

- A Production Technician looking for a more settled role.
- A Warehouse Manager working in an AV or equipment hire company.
- An experienced events professional who understands equipment preparation and logistics.

Why Join Just Smile?
Stay in the industry you love, with a better work-life balance.
We know how demanding the events industry can be. Long days, early starts, late-night load-outs, weekends away and constantly changing schedules can eventually take their toll.
This role offers the opportunity to put your experience to good use in a predominantly warehouse-based position, with a more consistent working routine.
You'll enjoy:
- A permanent, full-time position within an established events production company.
- A more predictable working schedule than a typical event technician role.
- The opportunity to work with professional sound, lighting, video and staging equipment.
- Responsibility for managing and developing an important part of the business.
- A varied, hands-on role where your experience and ideas are valued.
- The chance to help improve our warehouse operations and working practices.
- A friendly, supportive and hardworking team.
We're still an events company, so there will be busy periods, changing priorities and occasional requirements to work outside normal hours. However, this is primarily a warehouse-based management role rather than a touring or on-site technician position.
Pay: £32,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
Benefits:
- Casual dress
- Free parking
- On-site parking
Experience:
- AV Warehouse Manager: 3 years (required)
