With one of the largest fleets in Auckland—and nationally—this is a high-impact role for someone who has led a significant, complex logistics operation and knows how to turn people, data and disciplined execution into safer, smarter and more reliable performance. Reporting to the Head of Certified Northern, you’ll own the safe, efficient and commercially sound performance of Auckland transport operations. You’ll lead fleet availability, driver welfare, customer service, cost, compliance and continuous improvement—working shoulder to shoulder with sales, customer service and operational teams to deliver outstanding regional outcomes.
