Experience in labor and employment or false claims act preferred. We practice in state and federal court and bring government fraud cases for whistleblowers nationwide. We select very few cases, litigate against the best law firms, and fight for our clients with great success. Qualifications Admitted to the California bar but will consider strong candidate awaiting November bar results. Looking for candidate with good academic credentials, excellent legal writing skills, strong communication skills and interest in employment litigation and representing whistleblowers. Must have the ability to work independently and be highly motivated. Responsibilities The candidate will be asked to handle court appearances, written discovery, conduct depositions, prepare PowerPoints, attend mediations, document review and analysis, communicate with clients, pre-trial preparation, and assist in trials. This position is ideal for an attorney looking to gain or further develop litigation experience.
