At Heidi Hrabcak & Associates, LLC, every case is personal — and every win is a life transformed. Compensation: $75,000 – $100,000 yearly + Bonuses Responsibilities: - Advise clients by weighing available options toward a successful outcome and plan a course of action - Analyze client needs, identify solutions, and determine case strategies - Develop legal strategies from C-files and medical records - Draft and file VA appeals, legal briefs, and motions - Represent veterans before the BVA and VA regional offices - Collaborate with case managers and paralegals - Track all deadlines and progress in Prevail Qualifications: - Required Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school; representation of clients for at least 2 years a plus - Able to work independently while handling multiple files - Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs is needed - Experience in VA disability law a plus — but not required - Strong legal writing, advocacy, and organizational skills - Tech-savvy, team-oriented, and client-focused - Deep respect for veterans and a commitment to meaningful work About Company Heidi Hrabcak & Associates, LLC is on a mission to serve 2,000 veterans a year by 2028.
